By opting into SMS from Lucrative Media Agency, you agree to receive SMS messages from us. These may include project updates, appointment confirmations, service notifications, and marketing messages if you expressly opt in to receive promotional messages.

Revision Policy

Revisions are contingent on the package selected. Clients may request free amendments so long as the original concept remains intact. Typical revision turnaround time is 48 hours.

Fair Usage Policy

We support extensive iteration; however, to keep projects practical, a maximum of 30 revision rounds may be provided at no additional cost. Requests beyond this limit may incur extra charges.

Refund Policy / Money Back Guarantee

Our refund and cancellation policies are designed to protect both clients and the company. Unless otherwise terminated by Lucrative Media Agency for reasons not related to breach or non-performance, the following apply:

• If an order is canceled within 24 hours of placement and initial designs have not been delivered, a full refund is available less a 10% processing fee.
• If a refund is requested before initial delivery, you are eligible for a full refund less a 10% processing fee.
• If requested within 48 hours after initial delivery: 66% refund less a 10% processing fee.
• Within 48–120 hours after initial delivery: 33% refund less a 10% processing fee.
• No refunds are available after 120 hours from initial delivery or after final files have been delivered.
• For website packages, no refunds are available once the development has been completed or a site has been launched.
• For video animation, no refunds are available once the storyboard phase has been completed.
• For bundle/custom packages, refunds apply per individual service. Approving one deliverable (e.g., logo) limits refunds to remaining services only during their initial design phase.
• Refunds require valid reasons matched to the original brief. If the concept aligns with the brief, a refund is not granted; we’ll continue revising to reach satisfaction.
• Refund requests are not considered for orders inactive for 30 days, or where work by multiple agencies was commissioned to obtain a refund (not in good faith).

How to Claim a Refund

We will attempt to resolve your concern per our revision policy. If unresolved, we’ll confirm a refund via email. Once refunded, design rights transfer to Lucrative Media Agency; you may not use, display, or claim ownership of refunded designs.

My Account

The “My Account” area is our primary communication channel. Please review and respond there regularly. Failure to do so cannot be used as grounds for a refund.

Reactivation Policy

Orders with no client response for 45 days may be closed and are not eligible for refund. To re-open a dormant project after 45 days, a reactivation fee (typically $150) may apply.

Third-Party Terms of Use

Some services may involve third-party tools or partners and may require agreement to their terms. By using such features, you agree to any applicable third-party terms (subject to change by the third party).

Customer Support

We provide 24-hour customer support.

Quality Assurance Policy

• Designers follow your order brief; concepts are created after adequate research.
• We revise until you’re satisfied (within the scope of your package and fair usage policy).
• We coordinate with your printer as needed.

Delivery Policy

Files are delivered to your Account Area as per the Order Confirmation. You will also receive an email notification. Policies on revisions and refunds apply from the date/time of delivery to your Account Area.

Standard delivery for customized designs is typically 2–3 business days from order, unless otherwise agreed. Rush options may be available for an additional fee.

Communication Policy

Lucrative Media Agency is not responsible for communications from unofficial email addresses or phone numbers. We only recognize communication from our domain sales@lucrativemediaagency.com or published contact numbers on our website.

Record Maintenance

We archive your final design files for future retrieval. You may request them again if needed.

Domain & Hosting (If Included)

• Domain/hosting is provided only if included in your package.
• Email accounts are provided only if your website is hosted on our server.

Unique Design Guarantee

We create original work. If a delivered logo is found to be substantially similar to an existing mark, we’ll redesign it. Any similarity is unintentional. Clients are responsible for trademark/copyright registration.
